Annie’s performances have taken her to festivals, regional venues, schools, corporate stages and more.

Annie has established herself as a charismatic and quick-witted comedian, who has honed her skills in Australia and Asia.

She has proven to be a crowd favourite, having performed multiple times at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival and Melbourne Fringe.
Annie's comedy and MC skills are highly sought after for public and private events, festivals and workshops.

Whether it's a room of 20 or 2,000, Annie relates to her audience with ease. ​ She has performed internationally in cities including Wellington, Taipei, Manila, Phnomh Penh, Kuala Lumpur and Edinburgh.

Locally, Annie has toured regional towns in Victoria and New South Wales with MICF Roadshow and SCF Roadshow, and her solo hour 'Gold' was included in the curated Bondi Festival.​

In 2021, she received a Moosehead Award for bold and innovative ideas at the Comedy Festival, for her show 'Annie Louey is Flirting with Death'. ​​

Away from the stage, Annie mentors up and coming comedians, and presents engaging comedy and public speaking workshops for children and adults.

When it comes to working with kids, Annie gained valuable experience as a maths and English tutor early in her career. She is also an ambassador for the KIDS Foundation charity and volunteers for their annual camps, for burns and trauma survivors.

Annie and her sister, Anna Louey, recently performed at Comedy Club for Kids at MICF in 2025. Annie maintains her ties to the Comedy Festival's Class Clowns program, which inspired her to become a comedian. She been a judge, MC and facilitator on several occasions.​
